Passion fruit flan

We will need:

* 200 grams of Passion fruit
* 3 units of Eggs
* 200 grams of Sugar (1 cup)
* 80 milliliters of Milk (⅓ cup)
Preparation:
1. Before making this homemade flan, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
2. In a pot, arrange the passion fruit pulp, add the sugar and milk, cook over medium heat until the sugar melts.
3. Mix the pulp with the eggs until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Add the flan mixture to a baking dish and bake in a water bath at 160ºC for 2 hours, or until firm.
5. Finally, when ready, unmold the passion fruit flan with a ring. If we wish, we can cover it with a little passion fruit syrup, melted chocolate or whipped cream; serve cold and enjoy.
